Robot man

The original portrait was a stock image from Unsplash by Morgan Alley. I created the background and robot in Photoshop and added the robot parts using different stock parts from pngtree. The first step was to change the saturation of the model image to make him grayscale.I then duplicated the layer and added a plastic wrap filter on making the highlights quite detailed. I got the robot spine and hips from a png of a robotic arm and masked them into position. I used warp transformation to fit the jeans to the hips correctly. I then used the smudge tool to make the skin of the ribs droop a bit. the robot arm again came from pngtree. I masked it onto the model. The background was just a solid black layer where I painted a green circuit board and added a glow to it.
