This image I had previously made black and white and that was it. So I decided to give it some TLC as I love the fun vibe you get from the image. I enlarged the eyes, brightened them up and added some thicker eyelashes. I got rid of the eye wrinkles and the bags using the healing tool, stamp tool and a soft brush and lowering the opacity. I added new eyebrows as the original were so light. I whitened the teeth with a layer set to screen blending mode and masked them on. I used a levels adjustment layer and a brightness and contrast one to make the skin stand out a bit more. I brightened the dress, bag and necklace so you can see the detail. I used the unsharpened mask to sharpen the eyes, lips, hair and eyebrows. I used a curve adjustment layer to brighten the hair up and enhance the detail even more. I lightened some shadows and removed others using the stamp tool. I removed any specks using the healing tool. to finish off I added a film stock colour lookup just to make the image pop.
